KEMS doesent provide equal speeds above 512kbit :’( , but the dload speed is great.

I don’t think ANY ISP gives more than 512 kb upload :/

In the past i used to get 640 in the upstream of the router page, but now it decreased.
Also I don’t think our phone lines can hold more than 512kb stable upload.

Yousef, the line bandwidth is fixed irrespective of the data flow direction. If you can download at 1 Mbps, you should be able to upload at 1 Mbps as well (but perhaps asymmetrically).
The limit is not hardware from the consumer end; upload usually costs more than download for ISPs in general.
