    The reason why ping to the kuwait city server is 200 is because Qnet has messed up their routing tables. The connection passes via london and back to KEMS as you can see in the traceroute below (why does a local connection have to pass via london and all)

    Just wanted to say. ;-)

    If you use Qnet, do a speedtest using kuwait server, the pings might be high if they havent fixed the routing tables.

    Yeah, I noticed they were around 600 ms to Zajil servers :/
