Nothing wrong in the page, maybe you should mention that everything works in Viva, unlike zain and wataniya. I hope it will stay that way in Viva.

Viva calls it 3G/UMTS , and you get random speeds depending on the coverage
Don’t really know what is the max Viva provides, but I guess 3mbit is the nearest they could provide.

I set it as 3.2 Mbps since that’s what most telecommunication companies are claiming.

There’s something called Pingtest.net..made by the same people from Speedtest.net…it’s used to check the quality of your internet…maybe you could post these info here

Hi there,
Here are the results for FT 6X 2MB
They say that you get 6X speed from 1am to 7am, but I’ve noticed that the speed stays 6X all the time for local connections (connections within Kuwait)
For International connections (connections to outside kuwait) , the speed is X and the speed becomes 6X during 1 am to 7am.

I should also add that if I had fiber or my line was good enough , I would have gotten 12mbps speed, but since I’m on ADSL – my line could handle only 8.3 mbps due to the line attenuation.
The SNR margin fluctuates during the course of the day causing the speed to drop. Usually my router speed is somewhere around 7456kbps to 8608 kbps….
If you have got fiber, FT 6X offers will be superb……
Btw, all the results above were taken when router speed was 8352kbps…

sorry about my english :)
viva or any company in kuwait are sux believe me also we are a small country just 0.9% buldding area not like uk or usa ,, or even romania :) the highest speed we have they said its up to 21m i never on my life c this speed in kuwait and the price its to much for the speed the give to us .. so i dont know why we dont have some ppl can follow this busterd to the court idk why in euro or amirca they have this thing there … the let ppl buy the service and after that the speed is bad the customer servic is bad and the price is also bad .. before 1 years we had a problem when we call them the said there is problem with capls in egypt so i want ask them do they have plan B so they can take the internet from far east like india and other countries there .. i think they cheat on us the take bandwidth can cover only 500.000 user and they make contract with 1.000.000 , that is mean u buy 0.5 mb speed and u pay for 1mb and i dont understand why they do this ?! i believe ppl in kuwait can pay but they need a good service (internet speed)
and they need a good support when they call ..
btw who work in north of kuwait dont make a contract with them first ask ur friend i believe they will help u more then thier support
why i told u that because they dont have any testing time so when u make the contrct its done u must pay the 12 months or the 24 months .. or u pay a fee like 50 kd or more :) so they are really bad on that nothing for free and when they take the take alot :)
hope someday they become good because i need a good internet to play wow :))
