for the first speedtest, antenna icon (which is 3g) remained still for a sec, after sometime it became 3.5g after connecting. connection mode was UMTS , the second speedtest result i posted, antenna became E after connecting, mode was GSM. I’m just explaining so there wont be confusions ;)
you can notice the ping difference between the tests.

I think its time you added a page for Viva. All I know about Viva is that they give you a unique IP address (means you can run webserver, ftp server, whatever) not a shared one like Wataniya and Zain.
Their IP config is dynamic btw.
