Forgot to add, Wataniya currently have only 1 subscribtion plan:
28kd for unlimited HSPDA, I think it supports 7.2Mbits but still not sure.

their dns servers are 217.69.179.34, and 217.69.178.34

router i guess, there was an open wireless network called “WNet”, I got into it, and logged into the router (Ericsson W20) and checked the DNS name (217.69.178.34/179.34 ) and the ip was 217.69.189.2 when doing speedtest. It could be the ip of the transparent proxy which wataniya has, but there was a gameserver which had the IP 217.69.189.1. So i guess its not a transparent proxy.

and wap.wataniya.com , both are same, except for that the ip assignments are different, you could add them to configurations
btw, they have shared external ip address, it aint just two of them, there were more too (217.69.179.17/189.251) and so on. External IP address is different when you disconnect and connect again.

when you look at connection status, ip is a lan address, which changes every reconnect, and external ip is different too every reconnect.

IP is static when used within mobile phones (194.126.53.64) , since they have a proxy.
